UT Hospital and Delta Centre were recognised in the “Heartfelt Euro Deed” competition

The University of Tartu found recognition in the “Heartfelt Euro Deed” competition for building the Delta Centre, which was elected among the top 30 projects. The construction of the Children’s Clinic of the Tartu University Hospital was the winner of the competition.

The competition was launched in September, and 140 projects from all over Estonia were submitted. The jury selected the best 30 projects that were ranked by public vote.

The competition aimed to select the best projects implemented with European Union support and to acknowledge success stories where European Union grants have contributed to Estonia’s development, prosperity and people’s livelihoods.

The campaign was organised by the State Shared Service Centre, the managing authority for the European Union’s structural funds. The campaign was funded by structural and investment funds of the European Union.
